How Our Weekly Shipping Works 

First Order Each Week

Key points

1. “Week” resets Monday 11:59 pm AEST

   Pay once between Tuesday 00:00 and Monday 23:59; every other order you place in that window ships free with SHIPIT.

2. One Tuesday dispatch

   All orders from the previous week are dispatched together on Tuesday —faster, greener, less packaging.

3. Automatic order bundling

   Multiple orders placed in the same week are combined into one parcel when possible. Any extra postage you paid by mistake will be refunded.

4. Australia-only service

   We currently ship to street addresses & PO Boxes in every Australian state and territory.
